The research undergoes initial scientific review to check for plagiarism and citation percentage, and to ensure the research meets the publication conditions, rules, and formatting and organization guidelines.
The research is presented to reviewers with the researcher's name, country, and workplace concealed to ensure integrity, credibility, and scientific objectivity.
The Editor-in-Chief issues the final decision based on reviewers' recommendations and sends the researcher notification of the review result via email: (a) If accepted without modifications, the researcher completes payment and the research is scheduled for publication in the next issue. (b) If modifications are requested, the review report is sent to the researcher for revisions. (c) If rejected by one reviewer, it's presented to another reviewer, and if confirmed, the researcher is notified with reasons for rejection.
The researcher is provided with a letter confirming approval for publication until the issue is published.
The accepted research is transferred to the scientific publication department to schedule its publication in subsequent issues.
Once all necessary procedures for final publication are completed, articles are published on the electronic website with a digital DOI identifier.
